How to Add an IMAP Email Account on an iPhone

1. Open Settings:

   • Tap the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen.

2. Navigate to Accounts:

   • Scroll down and tap Mail.

   • Then, tap Accounts.

3. Add a New Account:

   • Tap Add Account.

   • Select Other.

4. Add Mail Account:

   • Tap Add Mail Account.

5. Enter Your Account Information:

   • Name: Enter your name.

   • Email: Enter your email address.

   • Password: Enter your email account password.

   • Description: Enter a description for the account (e.g., "Work Email").

6. Enter IMAP Server Information:

   • Incoming Mail Server:

     • Host Name: imap.hostinger.com

     • User Name: Enter your email address.

     • Password: Enter your email account password.

   • Outgoing Mail Server:

     • Host Name: smtp.hostinger.com

     • User Name: Enter your email address (even though it says it's optional, make sure to fill it in).

     • Password: Enter your email account password (even though it says it's optional, make sure to fill it in).

7. Save Settings:

   • Tap Next in the top right corner.

   • Your iPhone will verify the account settings. If everything is correct, it will proceed to the next step.

8. Complete Setup:

   • Once verification is complete, tap Save to finish the setup.

Important Notes:

• Email Address: Ensure you type your full email address in the User Name fields for both incoming and outgoing servers.

• Password: Ensure you enter your email password in both the incoming and outgoing server settings, even though the outgoing server settings mark it as optional. Not doing so will cause the setup to fail
